Documentation Requirements
- Last 3-6 months Bank Statements or pay stub Business Entity document ( if you are applying as an entity )
- Driver License or Passport Utility Bill
- Borrowers must have a working bank account in his/her name for personal loans
- Borrowers For commercial Company name verified with the bank account LLC or EIN will only be used to receive loan .
- Borrower will be given 2 months of grace period to pay back the principal loan amount with interest at the end of the agreed loan duration before legal actions will be taken.
- Failure to pay back the loan at the expected date / period, legal actions will be taken against the borrower.
- Loan duration: Loan duration ranges from 1 year to 20 years.
- There is no prepayment penalty
- Interest: Interest rate ranges from a minimum of 5% irrespective of the loan amount.
- Loan Process: It takes the interval of 3 to 10 business days for applicants to be funded after application approval.
- Loan Amount: Loan amount ranges from a minimum of $100,000.00 – $10,000,000.00
- Limited Documentation required.
REPRESENTATIONS
- Borrowers must be at Least 18+ years of age
- The Loan will be granted regardless of your credit score
- Borrowers do not need a Cosigner for this loan for personal loans.
- Borrowers must have a valid Government approved identification card.
- Borrowers must have a valid SSN card for personal loans
- Borrowers must have Valid LLC license or EIN for commercial loans.
